The Importance of Sleep

There's so much information and promotion that you got to get eight hours every night if you want to be like optimal health. Some people need an average of five or six cycles per night; others only need three or four. Be totally okay that some nights, you just like plenty of nights, I can't sleep more than three cycles. It speaks to like life is random and lumpy, right? There's lumpiness in how we get stuff just because we're supposed to get to sleep doesn't mean you need it exactly every night. If you can instead like move that and just let your body tell you when you're not tired and be okay with that, it's great.
