Non -Obvious Mistakes People Make During Negotiations
One big mistake that people make is focus on maximizing one dimension, yet uppose to maximizing the whole pack. One of the things i like to propose is the yes if, rather than the no unless. The reason is is that you're trying to get somebody to make the extra leap for you. And so either the other side should say yes if to you, or you should volunteer yes if to them.
