How to Cut Back on Volume and Increase Intensity
The solution I hear people trying and often advocating is to do a lot more volume. And the solution that I hear from people who seem to actually make it work is to cut back on volume and increase intensity. The other thing that you said there is for the people who have felt like they eat at least the little bit of more progress there in the later stages of their training life is that they ended up having a redidio doing a reduction in either reduction in volume or increased intensity.
