How to Hire the Right People

Most of our portfolio companies have adopted this same convention deeper into the organization. At a small company, every hire is really important. For a team of five developers adding that six person makes a big difference. So I don't necessarily believe that you kind of engineer diversity, equity and inclusion as a separate thing from how you hire and how you manage.
