Having Contextual Information Show Up in Salesforce
Wales: What we saw is what a lot of companies ended up with yet again, was a silo. And the reality is that inherently people are lazy and so they're always going to find the shortest route. Wales allows you to contextually have information show up in Salesforce based on what you're doing. If that person is in the leads module of Salesforce, he's going to get relevant contextual training or knowledge delivered to him without even having to search for it.
