I was going to say the level of practicality for that, when in this scenario, it's been taken to the police and the police say there's not a case. And then where I get stuck on the investigation is what's the burden of proof? Like, if the police have said there're not a case here, how do you decide that you're a HR team both qualified to do the investigation? And then what is the burden ofProof that's going to be put in place to protect everybody? Yeah. Think about a different scenario where you are not enabling your lower level managers to fire people. And if, let's say, one of your employees beats up his wife and
