How Did You Find Your First Sport?
Sally Jones is the only female British athlete to have won four major golds. She started off as a long jumper, then went and did multi-events. Then I did 100 metre hurdles because I wasn't particularly good at other events. Her coach told her she would make a brilliant 400m hurdleer. And it just sort of clicked really and that was it.
