I just feel like there's people are limiting themselves more than they need to sometimes mm-hmm no I agree a hundred percent I think you said it perfectly and I'm a hundred percent in line with you where I think it can be a very useful thing to have for a couple weeks maybe a month run your protocol through it and see where the holes are. If you're not changing that in any meaningful way what's the point just getting that feedback loop the same over and over again at that point? So if you do decide to make a lifestyle change that's significant enough and you want to stress test that one with another round of two weeks go for it but I don't think you
