Is Inflammation a Good Marker of Strength?

Inflammation is one of the objective markers that you can really use to gauge how body is a responding to your training setting. Inflammation levels are something that would still have a normal level for even if you're act your body should still be able to bring that back down within a normal range after a hard workout. You can see sky rocketing inflammation levels as the body tries to recover from these really intense endurance events. But barring some big type of athletic event, if you were to take a blood cest, especially after an easier week, and your inflammation levels are still high, that's a good indication that something's going on.
