Is There a Significant Difference Between Investment Value and Fair Market Value?
Valuing a company for some sort of legal purposes, whether it's estate planning or divorce. Let's say on the very most, what might you see is that 100% for the exact same company? You could absolutely see that. I've had instances where we've done a fair market value and under a hypothetical buying and selling situation, it was at about 30 million. And then two years later, it sells in a very strategic buy for I think almost 70million. So right there, I mean, it was almost like double worth a double the value to that buyer than what it was under a hypothetical scenario situation.
