Are You a Person Who Asks Questions?

I think that being the person who frames the problem is core to calling yourself a designer. The systems we're talking about designing now are so complex that it's very, very rare that the designer is an auteur in the way we used to think about it like our idea of a Paul Rand or something. I just think the things we're designing, because they are systems. They're beyond to any one person.
