How to Restructure Your Day for a Full Body Split

If you're underprepared because you didn't do any warm up or any training, then you're stiff. So instead of doing one hour of strength and conditioning, we'll split it 30 minutes before court for an hour, 30 minutes after. And a lot of shooting, and I'm sure you know, this is, is confidence. When you make shots in a row, it doesn't even matter where it's from. The less you miss, the more likely you are to believe that you're going to make it.
