What Makes Me Not Enough?

Shame is when we disown our authenticity to be whatever we need to be, worthy of love. It's developed in a very childlike developmentally and so therefore they attribute a lot of the circumstances around them to mean that they've had some responsibility in it. The pain here is that the pattern is often developed from parents who are still in their trauma,. There is no blame for what we do when we're unconscious. For example, shame condenses self, I am an awful person; guilt makes us feel bad about ourselves.
