The Trade-Off Between Perception and Corollary Discharge
Your degree of perception plays a part in motor unit recruitment there and the corollary discharge, which again, is like the copy signal from where you're bringing motor units. It becomes much smaller when you have all of those things involved. There's always going to be a trade off between the perceptions and feelings that come from other sources and the perception that comes from the central motor band. So essentially we're talking about training variables here. I hope everybody got that.
