i would probably say that cocoanut oi oil is probably my primary cooking oil. i still get a lot of from animal fat, and i get a lot of fat from butter. The different products don't always yield the same result on th on those test scores. There seems to be something unique about like, whole egg versus just, like, straight animal fat,. Or what's the other?
