The Importance of Stability in Training

In Canada, you learn how to speak French in class. But if you want to be a permanent resident, it was like, "All right, man, we're moving on whoop headquarters to bars tomorrow" He says his wife speaks five languages and he doesn't have the luxury of learning Rosetta Stone Spanish or other Latin-based languages. The key is training around these hubs of stability because they're training strength, not stability. It's strengthening the rotator cuff.
