How to Wash Your Towels and Pillow Cases
How often should we be throwing towels in the wash? It does depend. Some family share towels and it depends how much use they get. pillow cases probably once a week, these things are dependent because some people sweat and they toss and turn in their sleep. So within a few days, their bed is crumpled and it feels icky. Other people go to sleep very rarely sweat and don't move in their sleep - so you have to do what feels comfortable for you.
