The Differences Between Swimming and Running

I would be very interested to see if somebody tried sort of a modified igloise shoeal program and what would happen especially maybe not do it all the time. If people did that for three or four months and did it in doses where they were able to avoid injury I wonder what would happen. You couldn't imagine doing running like that. Whereas swimming you have people that are world class in every freestyle event. And some of them could do butterflies as well. Yeah because it is such a skill. So yeah so where does this all leave us?
