It was quite tiring at first to be in a complete frame of mind with my running wasn't about me and Sometimes you switch off when you're running I had to be on the ball. It's very much time management. The good thing is is That I run for a living so I can combine some of those runs as my own personal training runs as well. And it really is full-term and the hours are sometimes after being the studio for 7 a.m. Live at7 a.m Yeah, so it's a juggle.
