Women have a lot easier time recovering compared to men. When they get more advanced for people that don't know I generally have more advanced trainees Uh, trained with higher training frequencies. You can do a lot of different exercises that stimulate different muscle fibers And it doesn't mean that you're over training the whole muscle,. Different exercises result in very similar improvement patterns.
