Time restriction has the advantage of being conceptually and operationally, the easiest one to implement. The bad news is it's very difficult with a very tight window of time-restricted feeding to get the appropriate amount of protein consumed. A lot of people tend to overcompensate when they are eating by just eating a bunch of crap. But again, you just have to be mindful and you have to be very deliberate about it.
