How to Map a Course Using Map My Run

Map my run shows elevation by grade %, which is what your treadmill is telling you about. You can zoom in to specific hills at kind of averages gradients or grades together. The other thing i will say about the treadmill, too, is decline. So truly running straight down hill without getting up, im to really give your quads and your knees a chance to adapt to that.
