The Progression Runs
This time, i did a little bit more variety with a some 30 by 30 seconds. And then ultimately, as i started building up my long run, i kept a little more speed and intensity in. I used to do a lot more progression runs, kind of, when i got done with college and got into kind of building up my volume and things like that. So found a leaning a litle bit more into those short, very short interval sessions.
