A Progressive Non Linear Reduction in the Taper

A progressive non linear reduction in the taper means that we just slash the volume of the week equally, pretty much on any given day. There are general guide lines when it comes to reducing volume, depending on how long your taper is and what you're training for. Your race itself does not count towards your weekly volume in your week. The final week of your tapernor saying, i'm running 20 to 30 % of my peak week volume, you just do each individual day rihte.
