Jack and Harry knew the dog bed was for them. After sniffing at it they flopped down together, letting out contented sides. Alana switched on the television and scrolled through the channels. As she watched, she began to eat. The food was delicious, a perfect blend of spices, different textures and flavours - all working in harmony with one another. When she'd finished her supper, she carried the tray back to the kitchen. She could hear the stream at the end of the garden.
