How Much Protein Do You Really Need?
30 % of protein is what i'm focusing on most. If you look at world wide, a hunter gather macroduc estimates,. they're like 30, eh % protein. Ra, and more active you are, the basically the lower you can get away with on the protein %. The average person who's just moderately active needs a long term maintenance diet that's going to give them pretty good body composition.
