Is There Something Behind Status?

In his experience, when somebody's constantly coming into one on one with status, is there something behind that? Are they trying to tell us something? I hate to make a a sweeping statement. In my experience, when i've had that happen, it's generally somebody who doesn't feel am or valued. And so that might be worth exploring at that point. The assumption here is not that i'm doing good work day to day and that i're doing the right things. Here's where i think the priorities are. It can vere very osely to that, but that's a he it generally for me starts with, hey,  I can only do so much right
