We publish all of the answers on our wiki. If someone's slamming me for some reason, it's on there. And we're public everyone's answers. So everyone can see in a very transparent way what the issues were that everybody else. The second thing I would do would be put together a culture code. We did by the way, Netflix did this first. They built a deck describing kind of their culture. But man, Netflix culture was totally different than we wanted our culture to be.
