How to Forgive Yourself
I have tried everything to stop this my whole life, even as a little kid. And I didn't learn a single damn thing. So actually it was relatively recently that I've started to forgive myself. Forgive yourself. This is the case. Not easy. There's no evidence that you have a dopamine need much more than not literally other neurotransmitters are able more than anyone else. That was an absolute revelation that I don't want to do these things. What I do now, James, I just turn round when we're doing a Canadian porch swinging. Have it done for me. But I'll ask an extra one for you. Actually, it's probably not one. Sorry
