The Danger of Genomic Information

If a state actor like north korea were to say, hello world, i am going to inflict a devastating pandemic unless you meet my demands, it would be laughed off. That totally changes when a genom that the world would not have known otherwise is definitively blessed and publicized by a brilliant scientific group. And what that means is we could suddenly go through a terrifying series of high jacking of the attention and the stress levels of the world with all kinds of people issuing those threats. They don't even have to have access to one of those 30 thousand people that cal make that virus. They just have to say, cause it's suddenly credible, nobody will be able to deny that.
