And so imagine that person, picture them in your mind, and then repeat this, each phrase three timesand you can do it ci in order. If you wind out feeling really positive towards yourself, then you can absolutely move yourself to the top of the list. You don't have to do the whole practice with all people right away, but we'regoing to do that to day.
