How Important Is Sleep for Recovery?
I'd say sleep is incredibly important for recovery I don't think anyone would argue that I have been trying to do a good job of just staying in bed at least for you know eight to ten hours. That's not necessarily something I do every day but some days I'm especially tired and I take a nap. We probably got ten questions about whether or not you employed some sort of altitude 10 so tell us a little bit more about that how's that working and why is that important for you? For me it's about 10,000 feet on my treadmill each night which is set up at altitude as well we actually had me track with an oxygen sensor for a while like while testing out different
