How to Redirect the Lens Outward

If you're focused on internal sensation of pressure or sadness, you're not looking outward at potential and possibility. What we want to do is make it okay that the sensations exist. In fact, expect them. They should be and then re associate it with some sort of puzzle. And so place that sensation in a visual anchor in front of you. As eyes go left to right, mind is going to call your attention now to a moment where it was a peak elevated moment in your life. Maybe even a moment of like awe or total pleasure. You're going to lift the pain into the pleasure. Take some cleansing breaths as you do this.
