Distal Stability Promotes Proximate Mobility

If your nervous system sense is that you don't have the ability to age the forces coming into the body, guess what's going to happen? More co contractions and more stability. So i would say distal stability promotes proximate mobility, if anything. I'm acually getting em learning to be more fluid up there,. In em trying to choose a variation that's just challenging enough fortem so that they can learn to manage to forces when their foot is hitting the floor  and not brace up proximately.
