The Military Press Standard or Something Else?

Most of these are standards that you can work up to without any real specialization. I think just being comfortable for multiple reps with 224s to 228s is also good for guys. But by the way, bench,. look, for me, that's less than two wheels on each side. That's just not very much. It's really not. And again, I'd be happy to swap in a military press standard for there.
