The Benefits of Exercise and Time-Restricted Eating for Metabolic Health

Exercise has so many benefits as you've already said. It's going to help increase or protect protein mass and and quality even in an energy deficit. If you're doing lots of exercise your need to focus on time-restricted eating is not as important particularly if you're exercising a lot. The best of both worlds might well be a combination of exercise and time- restricted eating especially in those that do have metabolic health issues.
