Do You Have Any Hard Ret in the Pool?

I measure hartraight in the pool, which i find really interesting. I don't think it's the same as on the bike. You need to build up your general swim fitness more so than just doing strength work with paddles. But bate, but till you have the same, you're the same problem as some affletes have on the bike and that will definitely be something that we want goingto continue to build on in t future.
