The Importance of Sensation in Healing

A lot of meditation these days is used to separate yourself from and disassociate or disconnect. But how would you coach somebody who wants to use the undo app and practice your sensory based approach to healing when they've got all this body avoidance, illusion of sensation type programming? I suppose we'll hit it from a few angles. It's crucially important because once you are desensitized to yourself, you are, in fact, desensited to everyone and everything. And therefore you are capable of not caring. Not caring is a dangerous thing, no matter. It's a dangerous thing simply for our species.
