The Catalyst Is Training Too Much

Brody: People can go down the path of getting an injury, getting assessed and then feel like their body's letting them down because after a manual assessment they find all these inadequacies or imperfections. The smaller rocks are kind of like your strength imbalances,. Your flexibility imbalances, which yeah, you're kind of want to address but it's not the catalyst. And I found that has been the key to success and really what changed my career in helping runners has been figuring that piece out.
