Geoffrey says he just completed your ten thousand swing challenge with the 24. For future challenges and training programmes, should i look to increased protein intake? Good question. Ok. I do it every day. My warm up is hanging and sit in the bottom of goblets quats. That's not very high end, but damn, it works good. Thank you.
