A healthy company has to be behaviorally cohesive and intellectually aligned. It also must create clarity, communicate the answers seven times before people believe it. If you're not interested in being around as an organization, then don't worry about it. You have what's really surprised me is how many teams use this stuff even though they're only going to be a project team for six months.
