You should consider how much volume you're doing in a session, not justi in a week. And i think maybe more than that. I you want to also consider how long the sessions are taking. Once you get sufficiently advanced on these split routines,. the workouts are going to be fairly grueling and toward the end of thee sions, your performance is going to start to slip at a certain point.
