How Much Sleep Do You Need?

Most people need around seven to nine hours of sleep. 95% of people need 7 to 9 hours, but it changes with age and stuff. When you're stressed out society is our bodies get used to this less sleep and start sleeping less. There's no real solution to catching up on sleep - there's always the void.
