If you want to see these gains in strength and hypertrophy, you really need to progressively overload. The third one here is going to be individualization. And this is where we can get into things like personal preference, equipment availability. These are all smaller details, but that's an important component to it. So, with that foundation, I think we can kind of run right into these things and we can start off with perhaps speed and power. Then we'll move on to strength and then we'll round the entire thing out.
