The Cognitive Dissonance Between Self Improvement and Anxiety
How can we best handle the cognitive dissonance between to allow feelings such as anxiety, and the ingrained, reactive inhibition of it? So i think it is a bit of a balancing actrine. A, it's about negotiating how much you can handle,. ecause if you feel like it's overwhelming, youve goin to move into this resistance mode. The shut down might be so strong it's not negotiable any more. I'll leave up these contradictions as a as is a little talking point.
