The Perfect Warm Up
The perfect warm up is designed to prepare your body for what it's about to do. A lot of people think they need to stretch, or else it's going to increase ther risk of injury or decrease their performance. The science actually shows the counter and so a slow run slowly builds up the speed until you reach that kind of slow pace we're requiring our body to do.
