How do you like to wrap up meetings or end them? Sometimes that can be a disaster, right? Like everybody's all of a sudden leaving. Things haven't ended on time. I tend to make sure that iam watching the clock as the meeting is going along,. Do we need to talk about topics number four and five, or is it ok for us to finish with this? And then pay attention to the tone of the meeting. It's a little bit harder when you're virtual to sense the tone, because a lot of people mute themselves. So appear friendly and uplifted. That can really help the rest of your team feel that way.
