Is There a Flow in the Performance?
In the ideal world, i think a sort of kind of flow would take over in the performance. But what are the things that aren't going to be guaranteed and there to focus on days and go? I need to remember here to, let's say, and plant my way evenly on my right foot i the take off for that jump. Something really specific. And i think that's probably an attentional focus, or a distraction from some of the other stuff. Think that might be, in terms of mechanics, that might be why that works for me.
