"The facts are this, there's no farmers almanac. There's like back in the day, there was like the farmers almanac," he says. "It would tell you like, Hey, the moon rises on this time." He adds that it is a good idea to try and detach some of the things that you're thinking about or having an emotional or feeling versus a logical thought.
