How Many Hours Per Week Are You Running?
I'm a big believer in like, take your easy days easy so you can make your hard days super hard. So Jerry has us working out usually twice a week and usually one day is shorter speed stuff. Sometimes it's speed endurance. And then the other session of the week we normally do like 5k-ish pace work. Usually our long run as well has some sort of work embedded into it. My favorite workout is 1k repeats with like a lot of rest like 2-3 minutes.
